We develop comprehensive exterior color programs. These programs include the selection of color, materials and finishes for the exterior architectural features for any given project.
HOW WE WORK
We collaborate with Architects, Developers, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Subcontractors to maximize the project’s exterior appearance.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We consult for a diverse list of clients responsible for designing and developing institutional, hospitality, retail and residential projects. We also consult with Product Manufacturers during the early product introduction and product refinement stages. Please refer to the following partial client list for more information.
THE TRUE VALUE OF COLOR
The aesthetic and marketing value of a project’s exterior color, materials and finishes complement its design and cannot be undervalued. Color, materials and finishes are critical components for any project and cannot be overlooked or underutilized.

INSTITUTIONAL
- University of California, San Diego Historic consultation for exterior color and materials for some of the campuses historic
properties includes Old Scripps Building, Old Director’s House, Sverdrup Hall, Ritter Hall, Hubbs Hall, Tenaya and Tioga Halls,
Tuolumne Apartments. In addition to those, Celia has provided ongoing consultation for over 30 years with UC San Diego to
develop a master exterior color program which includes scheme development for all new construction, remodels, and repaints.
